1. Membership Agreement
By joining Elite Health Club, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked for violation of club rules.
2. Membership Types & Payments
All memberships require a R400 joining fee payable upon registration.
Monthly fees are due in advance and vary by membership type:
- General: R350/month
- Debit Order: R250/month
- Student: R200/month (valid ID required)
- Pensioner: R250/month
- 6-Month Package: R1,500 once-off
- Family Package: R800/month (4+ members)
3. Facility Usage & Safety
Members must:
- Use equipment properly and safely
- Wipe down equipment after use
- Return weights and equipment to designated areas
- Wear appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes
- Not misuse or damage club property
⚠️ Important Safety Notice:
Use facilities at your own risk. Consult with medical professionals before
beginning any exercise program. Elite Health Club is not liable for injuries
resulting from improper equipment use or pre-existing medical conditions.
4. Code of Conduct
All members must maintain respectful behavior:
- Respect other members' space and workouts
- No aggressive or disruptive behavior
- Use headphones for personal audio
- No photography/videography without permission
- Follow staff instructions at all times
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice.
Joining fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are non-refundable once paid.
Package memberships (6-month) are non-refundable.
6. Operating Hours & Access
Club access is permitted during published operating hours only:
- Mon-Thu: 05:00 - 21:00
- Friday: 05:00 - 20:00
- Saturday: 06:00 - 16:00
- Sunday: 06:00 - 14:00
- Public Holidays: 06:00 - 14:00
7. Membership Suspension & Termination
Elite Health Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of club rules
- Disruptive or dangerous behavior
- Damage to club property
- Theft or illegal activities
8. Personal Belongings
The club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Use lockers at your own risk. Items left overnight may be removed.
9. Age Requirements
Members must be 16 years or older. Minors (16-17) require
parental consent and supervision. Certain areas may have age restrictions
for safety reasons.
10. Changes to Terms
Elite Health Club may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued
membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
